Phil was born and raised in Belleville, just an hour west of Kingston. He attended the University of Ottawa, where he received his Bachelor’s in Psychology. Phil then spent six years working at one of Kingston’s largest property management companies, where he had the unique pleasure of aiding hundreds of professionals, retirees, families, students, and immigrants transition into their new homes and rentals. This experience equipped Phil with the housing knowledge and customer service skills needed to excel in the real estate industry. Ready to advance his career and build upon his expertise, he decided to complete his real estate license. Phil demonstrates his knowledge and enthusiasm for real estate by providing his clients with a tailored experience before, during, and after the transaction process.
