About Karolina
Buying or selling a home can be one of the most stressful experiences. But, with the right support – and attention to the details – it can be a positive and exciting experience. This is where I come in. I’m dedicated to helping families move to – and within – Kingston with ease and success.
What does this mean? It means that in addition to a skillfully-handled transaction, you get a ton of extra support. It’s in the details like parks and grocery stores nearby, walkability, and lifestyle.
My own experiences buying and selling property led me to real estate as a second career, and I am passionate about it! Our family has undergone many moves, from our first condo to a family home, changing cities and even provinces. Now we have landed in Kingston and made this our forever home and couldn’t be happier about it.
Through it all, I have learned that success is all in the details: whether in research and preparation or writing the offer and negotiating, the details matter. They make the difference between a positive experience and one that is lacking, and we have had both in all our moves.
When I’m not helping clients, you can find me taking my daughters to and from dance and gymnastics, volunteering at their schools, or grabbing coffee at the local coffee shop.
